In a letter dated 27th September Dr. Selwyn- Clarke asked me ir I could let him have a few copies of this report as soon as possible as he needed it for some work on which he is engaged. I have therefore sent him two advance copies by air (12).

2.

It might be helpful if, in sending copies to the Governor under cover or a despatch, we could say to what individuals or bodies in this country copies were being sent. Presumably copies should be sent to members of the Colonial Advisory Medical Committee? Would Dr. Kauntze very kindly say and advise on any further distribution.

3. I have sent to C.S.D. Iour copies of the report to be placed on the personal files of Dr. Selwyn- Clarke, Dr. Valentine, Dr. MacLeod and Miss Watson respectively. Ir any of these officers are still in this country I have asked C... to send additional complimentary copies to them. (13

I think that in the draft despatch

we ought to let the Governor know what distribution there has been or will be of the Report here.
